Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days of shipping. Because we work directly with our fulfillment partners to keep prices low, delivery can occasionally take up to 3 weeks during peak season. Tracking is provided on every order so you always know where your package is.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 ship free.

 

Order Tracking

Your tracking link is emailed when your order ships and updates at every step. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us at slatebrightshop@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately.

 

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.

 

Address Changes

Need to fix a shipping address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before the order ships.
